Thoughts from Father David's 7/25 homily: Make prayerful requests to God in determined fashion. Realize God may grant what you need rather than what you want.
Sunday Masses from June 26 until mid-August will be relocated to the gym to allow painting of the church interior. Weekday Masses, Baptisms and funerals wil be held at St. Teresa's. Communion services at 8:30 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be held in the Community House. We hope you give generously to help us pay for this Church upgrade. The painting of the front third of the Church is done and looking GREAT!
Music Ministry News: With sadness we report that our Music Director Brian Kapp conducted his last St. Luke’s music extravaganzas here at the July 25 Masses, a musical celebration of his years here. He is leaving to begin graduate studies in Collegeville, Minnesota, near Lake Wobegon. We are most grateful for his wonderful ministry here and we pray for him and his future endeavors. His replacements are Doria Dawson as Music Director and Ashley Junker as Choral Director. They will begin their respective ministries on August 1, 2010. Please help them feel welcome.
